Master Media Co. Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026 · Last updated October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Master Media Company LLC, doing business as Master Media Co. (“MMC,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit https://www.mastermediacompany.com (the “Site”), fill out our forms, book an appointment, receive our text messages or emails, talk to our chat or phone assistants, or use our services. It applies to residents of every U.S. state and explains the rights given by state privacy laws such as those of California, New Jersey, Texas, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia.

Summary

  • We collect the information you give us (name, email, phone and details about your business) and technical data about your browsing.
  • We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help you by chat, SMS and phone, to analyze conversations, and to create and improve our ads.
  • We share certain data with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to show you ads. Some state laws call this “sharing,” “targeted advertising” or a “sale.” You can ask us to stop.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out request.

1. Information we collect

In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, IP address, and device or cookie identifiers.
  • Commercial information: services you are interested in, appointments booked, purchases, invoices and payment history. Your card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store them.
  • Professional information: type and size of your business, industry, approximate revenue, social media accounts, and the answers you give in our forms.
  • Internet activity: pages visited, clicks, forms submitted, browser and device, date and time, referring page, and interaction with our ads.
  • Approximate location: city, state or country inferred from your IP address. We do not collect your precise location.
  • Audio and electronic communications: recordings and transcripts of calls, text messages, emails and chats with us or our AI assistants.
  • Inferences: conclusions about your interests or how likely you are to become a client, drawn from the data above, used to follow up with you and target our ads.

Sources. We get this information directly from you; automatically, through cookies, pixels and similar tools; from Meta and Google when you respond to one of our ads or forms on those platforms; and from people who refer you.

2. How we use your information

  • Answer your questions, book and confirm your appointments, and send you reminders.
  • Prepare proposals, provide our services, process payments and fulfill our contracts.
  • Send you information about our services and offers by email, SMS or phone, with your consent where the law requires it.
  • Show you ads on other platforms and measure the results of our campaigns.
  • Analyze and improve the Site, our services and customer support.
  • Protect the Site, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we use artificial intelligence

We use AI tools, some from third-party vendors, to:

  • Help you: virtual assistants that answer questions and book appointments by chat, SMS, social media and phone. When you talk to an AI assistant we will tell you, and you can ask for a person at any time.
  • Analyze conversations: transcribe, summarize and classify calls, messages and chats so we can follow up better.
  • Advertising: create, segment and optimize audiences and ads, including Meta’s and Google’s automated systems that find people with interests similar to yours.
  • Analytics: study Site and campaign data to understand what works.

We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, such as decisions about credit, housing, employment, insurance, education or health care.

Model training. We do not use your identifiable personal information to train or fine-tune AI models without your consent. If we ever want to, we will ask you first and will not apply it to information collected before that notice. We may use de-identified or aggregated information, which does not identify you, to improve our tools.

4. Advertising, cookies and tracking technologies

Cookie banner. Analytics and marketing cookies and tags do not turn on until you accept them in our cookie banner. You can accept, reject or choose by category, and change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw a permission, we delete those cookies from your browser. Necessary cookies, which store your choice and make the site and the calendar work, are always on.

The Site and our forms may use cookies, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads and Google Analytics tags, and similar technologies. These tools collect your IP address, device identifiers, the pages you view and the forms you submit, and send them to Meta and Google.

We may also upload your email address, in hashed form, to these platforms to show you ads or find similar audiences. We do not upload the phone numbers of people who opted in to text messages to advertising platforms.

Under California law this is “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; under other state laws it is “targeted advertising” and in some cases may be considered a “sale.” In the last 12 months we have shared identifiers, internet activity and inferences with advertising platforms for this purpose. You can ask us to stop (sections 11 and 12).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and Google settings.

5. Who we share your information with

  • Service providers working on our behalf: CRM and automation platform, SMS, calling and email delivery, AI vendors, web hosting, payments, scheduling and analytics. They may use your data only to provide that service to us.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, as described in section 4.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, yours or other people’s.
  • A buyer or successor, if the company merges, is sold or transfers its assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

6. Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from MMC, we will send you SMS/MMS messages about your appointments, reminders, account notices and, if you separately agreed, offers and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at +1 973-315-6421 or email [email protected]. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. It is used only by the service providers that help us deliver the messages.

7. Email

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails with the link at the bottom of every email. We process unsubscribes within 10 business days. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still email you about your appointments or your account.

8. Call and conversation recording

Calls, text messages and chats with us or our AI assistants may be recorded, transcribed and analyzed by us and our service providers, including AI vendors, to help you, follow up and improve our service. By using these channels you consent to this recording and analysis. If you do not agree, please contact us by email.

9. Sensitive information

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, immigration or citizenship status, precise location, biometric data or financial account numbers. Please do not include it in forms, chats or messages. If we receive it, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we use it only to respond to you.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information, including information we obtained from third parties.
  • Opt out of the sale of your data, of sharing it for targeted advertising, and of profiling for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Get the list of third parties we have disclosed your information to, for example in Minnesota and Oregon.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights: we will not charge you more or give you worse service for doing so.

We offer these rights to everyone in the U.S., even if their state does not yet have a privacy law, to the extent we are able to honor them.

11. How to exercise your rights

  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request,” or call +1 973-315-6421.
  • To opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, write “Do not sell or share my personal information” or turn on the GPC signal (section 12). You do not need to create an account.
  • To protect your data, we will verify your identity by matching what you tell us with the information we already hold. Opt-out requests do not need to be verified.
  • You may use an authorized agent. We will ask the agent for permission signed by you and may ask you to confirm your identity directly.
  • We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we may extend it by another 45 days where the law allows. We apply opt-outs within 15 business days.

12. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals. If your browser or an extension sends this signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser or device. If we know who you are, we also apply it to your information. Learn how to turn it on at globalprivacycontrol.org.

13. Appeals

If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy appeal” within 60 days of our response. We will reply in writing within 45 days, or 60 where the law allows, explaining what we did and why. If we deny your appeal, you may file a complaint with your state Attorney General. New Jersey residents may contact the Division of Consumer Affairs (njconsumeraffairs.gov).

14. How long we keep your information

  • Contacts and leads: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Clients and billing: for the length of the relationship and up to 7 years after, for tax and accounting obligations.
  • Call and chat recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months.
  • Consent and opt-out records (SMS, email and calls): 5 years, to show that we honored your preferences.
  • Browsing and cookie data: up to 26 months.

After these periods we delete or de-identify the information, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

15. Minors

The Site and our services are for adults who own or want to start a business and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share for targeted advertising the information of anyone we know is under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as SSL encryption, secure authentication and limited access. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Data about our clients’ customers

When we build or manage a client business’s system, we process its contacts’ information on that business’s behalf and according to its instructions. In that case the business is responsible for that data and its own privacy policy applies. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please send your requests to that business; if you send them to us, we will forward them.

18. International transfers

Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you use the Site from another country, your data will be transferred to the U.S.

19. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year. If we make a material change, such as using your information for a new purpose, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date and notify you by email or with a notice on the Site before it applies. Where the law requires it, we will not apply a material change to information we already hold without your consent.
